I am currently engaged in a significant frontend architecture refactor project for an ecommerce client. The existing setup lacks consistency, is not aligned with the chosen architectural landscape, and contains various code smells. My primary focus at the moment involves establishing a dedicated design system team, implementing a new coding environment for the teams involved, and assisting existing teams in adopting robust and scalable coding practices.

Main learning focus

Dipping my toes in the Rust world. I'm trying to create a little desktop application with the Tauri framework. Which if you never heard of it is an alternative on ElectronJS. Main difference is that it uses Rust for the system layer and Web tech for the frontend. I have chosen Sveltekit for the frontend to play with something new there as well.
